Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Think Tank Support professional to join our team in Norfolk, VA. In this vital role, you will provide administrative and operational support to our research and analysis teams, ensuring the smooth execution of various projects and initiatives. This position is crucial for maintaining an efficient and productive environment for our experts. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other research-related documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners.
- Support event planning and coordination for workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with data entry and basic research tasks as directed by senior staff.
Required Skills
