Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clothing Picker – Fashion Industry, WFH Hybrid Admin to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. This unique hybrid role combines essential on-site warehouse duties with remote administrative support, offering a dynamic work environment for an individual who thrives on variety and efficiency. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely picking of clothing items for orders, alongside performing various administrative tasks to support our operational efficiency within the exciting fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve clothing items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure order accuracy before packaging.
- Prepare, pack, and label shipments for various distribution channels.
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with stock counts as needed.
- Perform essential administrative duties remotely, including data entry, scheduling, email correspondence, and document management.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse and administrative teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Provide support for various departmental projects and tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or logistics software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
