Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive WFH Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our teams. This is a 100% remote, full-time position, perfect for a self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, organizing documents, coordinating communication, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring information is readily accessible.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Process expense reports and manage office supply orders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed, including research and data compilation.
  • Facilitate communication across various departments and time zones.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a remote or work-from-home administrative role.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
