Job Description

This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a world-class hospitality environment. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training and support to help you kickstart your career. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and seamless experience, supporting various departments with essential tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Deliver parcels, messages, and amenities to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of luggage trolleys, storage areas, and common spaces.
- Support the front desk and other hotel departments with various tasks as needed, including errands and basic administrative support.
- Ensure all hotel equipment is handled safely and report any maintenance issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
- Be a proactive and helpful team member, always looking for ways to assist colleagues and improve guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of the local area and attractions.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (even non-paid or voluntary).
- First Aid certification.
