Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Baristas to join our team in West Bridgford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment during our busy tourist season, specifically Monday-Friday. You will be instrumental in delivering the Costa Coffee experience, preparing delicious beverages, and ensuring our customers have a memorable visit. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, adhering to Costa Coffee's quality standards.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and handling transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with stock rotation and merchandising when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
