Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient Repossession Agency Dispatcher to join our fast-paced night shift team in Deptford, London. This critical role involves coordinating repossession assignments, communicating with field agents, and managing real-time logistics under pressure. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and can make rapid, informed decisions during night-time operations. This position requires a commitment to accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination of all recovery efforts during critical hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize incoming repossession requests and dispatch assignments to field agents promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain constant communication with field agents, providing support, updates, and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Monitor agent locations, progress, and safety using GPS and other tracking systems.
- Accurately document all dispatch activities, communications, and incident reports in the company's database.
- Handle unexpected challenges and adjust dispatch plans in real-time, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and client-specific instructions regarding asset recovery.
- Provide clear, concise, and professional communication to agents, clients, and internal teams.
- Manage and organize paperwork and digital records related to each assignment.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, especially during demanding night shifts.
