Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Order Fraud Reviewer to join our team in Manchester. In this vital office-based role, you will be responsible for reviewing e-commerce orders, identifying and mitigating potential fraudulent activities, and ensuring the security and integrity of our transactions. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to protecting our customers and business from fraud. Key Responsibilities
- Manually review a high volume of e-commerce orders for potential fraud indicators.
- Analyze transaction data, customer information, and order history to detect suspicious patterns.
- Utilize internal tools and external resources to investigate and validate order authenticity.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding order status and verification.
- Make informed decisions on approving, cancelling, or escalating orders based on fraud risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of all fraud investigations and actions taken.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud detection processes and tools.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention.
