Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Fulfillment Assistant to join our growing team in Boise. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders for our diverse portfolio of e-commerce startup clients. You will be an integral part of our warehouse operations, contributing directly to client success and customer satisfaction by accurately picking, packing, and shipping products. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
  • Prepare shipments, including labeling and loading, ensuring timely dispatch.
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory efficiently and safely.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and proficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Basic computer proficiency for scanning and data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment.
  • Experience with inventory management systems or WMS software.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
