Job Description
Are you passionate about entertainment and looking for flexible, remote work? Netflix is seeking detail-oriented Content Labelers to help categorize and tag our vast library of movies, TV shows, and other media. This is a crucial remote task-based role that directly impacts how our members discover new content. You will be responsible for applying metadata, identifying genres, flagging content attributes, and ensuring accuracy to enhance user experience and content recommendation algorithms. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to manage your work around your personal commitments. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately categorize and label a wide range of content (movies, series, documentaries, games) based on established guidelines.
- Identify and apply metadata tags for genres, themes, moods, cultural references, and other descriptive attributes.
- Perform quality assurance checks on labeled content to ensure consistency and adherence to Netflix standards.
- Provide feedback on labeling tools and guidelines to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail in a remote work environment.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and content confidentiality protocols.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines precisely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of comfort with technology and digital platforms.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
