As a Holiday Gift Shopper, you will be instrumental in making our customers’ holiday dreams come true by assisting them in selecting thoughtful gifts, providing expert product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless and joyful shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their gift-giving needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized recommendations for products across various departments.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Assist with gift wrapping and presentation to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and gift display areas.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all customers receive prompt and excellent service.
