Job Description
Join Concentrix as a Junior Sales Development Representative through our paid apprenticeship program! You’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, learning the fundamentals of B2B sales development and contributing directly to our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program covering sales methodologies, product knowledge, and lead generation techniques.
- Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads and target accounts for our sales team.
- Utilize various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, social media) to initiate contact with prospects and generate interest.
- Effectively communicate Concentrix’s value proposition to potential clients.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Senior Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and achieve team goals.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new sales tools, processes, and market trends.
