Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Scan and validate event tickets using handheld scanners or manual verification methods.
- Direct guests to appropriate entrances or seating areas as needed.
- Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, venue policies, and facilities.
- Monitor entry points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the event.
- Assist with crowd control and ensure a smooth flow of entry and exit.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols established by the venue and Live Nation.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk short distances.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support (e.g., retail, food service).
- Familiarity with various ticket scanning systems.
- Basic cash handling experience, if applicable to specific event needs.
