Job Description
Are you passionate about travel and creating unforgettable experiences for others? Concentrix is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Travel & Tourism Agents with a strong booking focus to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with various travel-related inquiries, bookings, and support. This is a work-from-home opportunity, allowing you to provide exceptional service from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Assist customers in planning and booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel components.
- Provide accurate information about travel destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and loyalty programs.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and client-specific service level agreements.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, travel, or a call centre environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using booking systems and CRM software (e.g., GDS, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism.
- Experience with international travel bookings.
- Familiarity with various travel destinations and cultures.
- Previous experience working in a remote customer service role.
