Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Instagram Aesthetician Aide to join our visual marketing team. This remote position is perfect for someone passionate about social media, visual storytelling, and maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic across digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our Instagram presence, ensuring all content aligns with our brand guidelines and captivates our audience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in curating, scheduling, and publishing visually appealing content to Instagram, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor Instagram trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Support the visual marketing team in developing content calendars and brainstorming creative campaigns.
- Perform basic image and video editing to optimize content for Instagram's aesthetic requirements.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and direct messages in a brand-aligned voice.
- Maintain an organized library of visual assets and track content performance metrics.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency with Instagram platform features and best practices.
- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, composition, and color theory.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience managing or assisting with social media accounts, particularly Instagram.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
