Job Description
Cognizant is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented WFH Google Coordinator with a strong focus on Event & Logistics to join our dynamic remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of virtual and hybrid events, managing complex logistical arrangements, and leveraging Google Workspace tools to optimize coordination and communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility while maintaining high standards of productivity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of virtual and hybrid events, including scheduling, platform setup (e.g., Google Meet, YouTube Live), and participant communication.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, material distribution (digital and physical), and post-event follow-up.
- Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive, Forms) extensively for project management, data tracking, and collaborative content creation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive event schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
- Prepare detailed reports on event performance, attendance, and feedback using Google Sheets and other analytical tools.
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative and logistical tasks to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with event coordination or project management.
