Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote AI Model Tester to join our distributed team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously evaluating the logical reasoning and inherent biases of our advanced AI models. Your primary focus will be on identifying inconsistencies, flawed logic, and unintended behaviors, ensuring our AI systems operate ethically, accurately, and reliably. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases to evaluate the logical consistency and reasoning capabilities of AI models.
- Identify and document biases, errors, and unexpected behaviors in AI model outputs.
- Analyze complex data patterns to understand the root cause of logical flaws.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and researchers to provide constructive feedback for model improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI ethics, fairness, and interpretability.
- Contribute to the development of new testing methodologies and tools.
- Report findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
