Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH Shopify Clerk to join our growing e-commerce team. This is a 100% remote position, perfect for individuals looking for flexible work arrangements while contributing to a dynamic online retail environment. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing customer inquiries through email and chat, performing basic updates within our Shopify platform, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and navigation on our Shopify store.
  • Perform routine data entry and product updates within the Shopify admin panel.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive brand image.
  • Identify and escalate urgent issues to appropriate departments.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions for future reference.
