Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product location and inquiries.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure displays are appealing and well-maintained.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and package various food items, ensuring quality and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, aisles, and restrooms.
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring proper storage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to arrive punctually for a 6 AM start time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, grocery, or food service environment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
