Key Responsibilities
- Dine discreetly at assigned restaurants and hospitality venues during weekend hours.
- Observe and evaluate various aspects of the dining experience, including customer service, food presentation and quality, ambiance, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Complete detailed and objective reports following each visit, adhering to specific guidelines and criteria.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.
