Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cryotherapy chambers and various sauna types (e.g., infrared, Finnish) according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to clients on proper usage, safety procedures, and benefits of cryotherapy and sauna sessions.
- Monitor client well-being during sessions, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of equipment and treatment rooms to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
- Educate clients on the specific benefits and contraindications of each therapy, ensuring they make informed choices.
- Manage appointment schedules, client records, and inventory of supplies.
- Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming environment for all clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
