Job Description
The Université de Sherbrooke is seeking a passionate and proactive Arts & Music Education Programming Intern to join our cultural initiatives team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing, coordinating, and promoting educational programs in the arts and music for diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the research, development, and implementation of new arts and music education programs.

- Help manage program logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, material preparation, and participant registration.

Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Arts Management, Music Education, Arts Education, Cultural Studies, or a related field.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken French and English (bilingualism is essential for this region).
- Basic knowledge of project coordination and event planning principles.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous volunteer or internship experience in an arts, cultural, or educational setting.
- Familiarity with marketing and social media tools for program promotion.
