Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Prepare food items efficiently and according to McDonald's quality and safety standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and provide correct change.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
