Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Sorter to join our Kitchener distribution center, specializing in beauty products. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for light work with a consistent schedule and weekly pay. As a Warehouse Sorter, you will play a crucial role in our logistics team, ensuring that beauty products are accurately sorted, organized, and prepared for shipment to our various retail locations. The work involves handling lightweight items in a clean, organized environment. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately sort and organize beauty products according to designated categories and shipping labels.
  • Inspect products for quality and report any damage or discrepancies.
  • Efficiently pick and pack items as per order specifications, ensuring accuracy and care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.

Required Skills

  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive light lifting (up to 10-15 lbs).
  • Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry (training provided).
