Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible, entry-level opportunity to gain experience in e-commerce? Roots Canada is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Shopify Store Aide to support our online operations. This work-from-home side gig is perfect for individuals eager to learn about managing a successful Shopify store, handling various administrative tasks, and contributing to a dynamic online retail environment. No prior extensive experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a strong internet connection. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with product data entry, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery on our Shopify store.
- Support order fulfillment processes, including monitoring order status and assisting with customer inquiries related to shipping.
- Perform basic inventory checks and updates within the Shopify platform.
- Assist in organizing and categorizing products to enhance the customer browsing experience.
- Help with basic customer service tasks, such as responding to email inquiries or chat messages.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on new product listings and store pages.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure smooth online store operations.
