Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Garage Storage Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to delivering high-quality results. As a Manual Support Installer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of various garage storage solutions, including cabinets, slatwall, overhead racks, and epoxy flooring. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting, precise measurements, and effective use of power tools. Weekly pay ensures a consistent income flow for dedicated team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently install garage storage systems, including cabinets, shelving, overhead racks, and wall organizers, according to design specifications.
- Prepare work sites by setting up tools, protecting client property, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision.
- Perform minor demolition or prep work as required for installation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project satisfaction.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials and supplies from company vehicles.
- Clean up job sites daily, ensuring a tidy and professional appearance.
- Assist with other manual labor tasks as needed to support installation projects.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, levels, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent physical stamina and endurance.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, general labor, or similar trade.
- Familiarity with garage organization products or home improvement installations.
- Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
