Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound calls to prospective business clients using a provided script to introduce Verizon Business products and services.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions to generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Accurately record and update prospect information and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor on all calls, representing Verizon Business with integrity.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively.
