Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals for seasonal Leaf Raking & Yard Cleanup positions for the upcoming fall season. This role is perfect for those looking for temporary work, enjoy working outdoors, and want to contribute to keeping our community’s properties pristine. No prior experience is required – we provide on-the-job training! You’ll be part of a friendly team, working efficiently to clear leaves and debris, ensuring properties are tidy and prepared for the winter months. This is a physically active role, offering paid weekly compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently rake and bag leaves from various properties.
- Operate leaf blowers and other yard cleanup equipment as directed.
- Collect and dispose of small branches, twigs, and other yard debris.
- Ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned and left tidy.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks effectively.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and prolonged standing/walking.
- Reliability and punctuality.

- Ability to work effectively in various outdoor weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
