Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Hamper Sorters to join our team for the upcoming peak period. This temporary role is vital in ensuring our bespoke hampers are perfectly assembled, packed, and ready for dispatch to our valued customers. You will be part of a fast-paced, friendly warehouse environment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction during our busiest times of the year. Weekly payouts mean you get paid promptly for your hard work.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and pick various items to assemble hampers according to specific order sheets.
- Carefully pack hampers to ensure items are secure and presented beautifully.
- Inspect items for quality and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work efficiently to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina, capable of standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or packing role is a plus, but not essential.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (basic understanding).
