Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic WFH Harmony Facilitator to join our People & Culture team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that promote a healthy work-life balance for our remote workforce. Your mission will be to ensure our employees feel supported, connected, and empowered to manage their professional and personal lives effectively, fostering a harmonious and productive remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive work-life balance initiatives tailored for a remote setting.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual workshops, training sessions, and resources on topics like time management, stress reduction, and digital well-being.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for remote employees seeking guidance or support on work-life integration challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR, management, and employee resource groups to identify emerging needs and best practices for remote employee well-being.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs through surveys, feedback channels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in remote work, employee well-being, and work-life balance.
  • Create and disseminate engaging communication materials to promote available resources and initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of flexibility, understanding, and mutual support across all remote teams.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in HR, employee relations, well-being programs, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations and training sessions.
  • Empathy and a genuine passion for supporting employee well-being and work-life balance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform program effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Certifications in coaching, well-being, or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience working with a large, diverse global workforce.
  • Familiarity with mental health resources and support networks.
  • Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by remote work environments.
