Job Description

Join Hays, a global leader in recruitment, as a Remote Recruitment Resourcer. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in supporting our recruitment consultants by building robust candidate pipelines. You will leverage your research skills and understanding of various industries to pinpoint qualified professionals, initiating contact and engaging them with exciting career opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and other online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Craft engaging outreach messages and InMails to attract passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, interest, and availability.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand specific client requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Map talent pools and generate market intelligence reports.
  • Support the scheduling of interviews and manage candidate correspondence.
  • Continuously research and apply best practices in candidate sourcing and engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience or strong aptitude for research and information gathering.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking and candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Boolean search techniques.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition role.
  • Experience with other sourcing tools and platforms.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of various industry sectors.
