Job Description

Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Support professional to join our administrative team. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule with no overtime, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. As an integral part of our office operations, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth daily functions and contributing to an efficient and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office documents, records, and filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and format various documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
