Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Teleperformance Order Processor to join our remote team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and an exceptional customer experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and a keen eye for detail to handle a high volume of retail transactions. You will be a critical link in our customer’s journey from order placement to delivery, contributing directly to our reputation for reliability and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems and platforms.
  • Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information.
  • Communicate with customers via email or chat to resolve order-related inquiries or discrepancies.
  • Monitor order status and follow up on delayed or pending orders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and customer service teams to streamline order fulfillment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product information, promotions, and company policies.
  • Identify and report any system issues or inefficiencies related to order processing.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols for customer information.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive remote work environment.
