Job Description

Are you a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills looking for a remote opportunity? Conduent is seeking a Virtual Call Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and providing outstanding customer service – all without any selling involved. Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
  • Manage and update calendars for multiple service providers or clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Verify customer information and update records as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and scheduled appointments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, scheduling tools, or similar database systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center, administrative, or virtual assistant role.
