Job Description
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for helping others and a desire to kick-start your career in customer support? T-Mobile is seeking enthusiastic, entry-level candidates to join our remote Work From Home (WFH) Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with no prior experience to gain valuable skills and grow within a leading telecommunications company. As a Remote WFH Support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries related to our products and services, all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to mobile devices, network services, billing, and account management.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers, guiding them through solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
