In this pivotal role, you will provide personalized coaching to our executive clientele, helping them to define and achieve their personal and professional objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with executive clients to identify goals, challenges, and actionable strategies.
- Develop customized coaching plans tailored to individual client needs and aspirations.
- Provide constructive feedback, accountability, and motivation to facilitate client progress.
- Utilize a range of coaching methodologies and tools to maximize client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance coaching programs and client experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in executive and life coaching.
- Represent FranklinCovey with professionalism and integrity in all client engagements.
Required Skills
- Certified Life Coach (ICF or equivalent accreditation preferred).
- Proven experience in executive or life coaching with demonstrable client success.
- Exceptional active listening and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in virtual communication and collaboration tools.
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience working with senior-level executives or C-suite clients.
- Background in organizational development, leadership training, or human capital management.
- Familiarity with FranklinCovey principles and methodologies.
