Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Real Estate Pinterest Manager to join our marketing team. This is a fully remote position dedicated to enhancing our online presence and driving engagement through strategic Pinterest marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Pinterest strategies that showcase our properties, agents, and market insights, ultimately generating leads and brand awareness. You will manage content creation, pin scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis, playing a pivotal role in our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies aligned with company goals and real estate market trends.
  • Create visually appealing and engaging Pins, Idea Pins, and boards using high-quality real estate photography, videos, and graphic design assets.
  • Write compelling pin descriptions, titles, and calls to action optimized for search and user engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize Pinterest content for discoverability and SEO.
  • Manage and maintain a consistent pinning schedule to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor Pinterest analytics to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and agent teams to ensure brand consistency and content alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest features, trends, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and partnership on the Pinterest platform.
  • Generate regular reports on Pinterest performance, showcasing ROI and areas for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience managing Pinterest for business accounts, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of Pinterest algorithms, best practices, and analytics.
