Job Description
Are you seeking a hands-on career where your physical efforts translate into significant client well-being and a rewarding income? Third Space is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Deep Tissue Apprentices. This is a unique opportunity to embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with advanced deep tissue massage techniques, client consultation skills, and an understanding of therapeutic bodywork. Under the guidance of our experienced therapists, you will learn the art and science of deep tissue massage from the ground up. This physically demanding but incredibly fulfilling role offers a clear progression path towards becoming a highly skilled and sought-after therapist, with excellent earning potential through service delivery and commission-based structures upon qualification. This is an on-site role, requiring a strong physical presence and commitment to learning in a dynamic spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all training sessions and workshops focused on deep tissue techniques, anatomy, and client care.
- Shadow senior therapists to observe and learn best practices in massage delivery and client interaction.
- Practice massage techniques diligently and safely under supervision, building proficiency and confidence.
- Assist with preparing treatment rooms, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for clients.
- Learn about client consultation, contraindications, and appropriate aftercare advice.
- Maintain accurate records of training progress and practical application.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the spa environment.
- Contribute to a positive and professional team atmosphere.
