Job Description

Are you looking to kickstart your career in the financial industry? Trustmark Bank is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Bank Tellers. No prior banking experience is required! We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer by adhering to established procedures and policies.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Adhere to all bank security procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Complete ongoing training and development programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications
