Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned secret shopping visits to various businesses within the designated geographic area.
- Observe and evaluate customer service, cleanliness, product availability, and adherence to company standards.

- Accurately complete detailed online reports, including survey questions and narrative comments, within a specified timeframe.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details, observations, and company information.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each individual shopping assignment.
- Manage time effectively to complete assignments and submit reports promptly.
