Job Description

Join the Lowe’s team as a Laminate Corner Pro, specializing in delivering impeccable, high-quality finishes for laminate installations. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction through precision work on all laminate projects, particularly focusing on seamless and professional corner detailing. You will be an expert in laminate materials, cutting techniques, and the application of various finishing methods, contributing directly to the aesthetic and durability of our installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute precise cutting, shaping, and installation of laminate materials, especially at corners and edges.
  • Ensure all laminate installations meet Lowe's rigorous quality standards for finish and durability.
  • Perform detailed inspections of finished work to identify and correct any imperfections.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other installers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Provide expert advice on laminate care and maintenance to customers.
