Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Tech Hub Fulfillment Staff to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of electronics and gadgets, from receiving to preparing them for customer pickup or delivery. This role is crucial in ensuring our tech products reach our customers quickly and in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments of electronics and gadgets, ensuring accuracy against invoices.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the fulfillment center, utilizing efficient storage methods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for customer pickup, local delivery, or shipment, adhering to quality standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as hand trucks or pallet jacks, if required.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Ensure the fulfillment area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries or special requests related to orders.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or fulfillment setting.
