This is a unique opportunity to listen to unreleased tracks across various genres and provide valuable feedback that shapes the future of music. You’ll play a crucial role in identifying potential hits and providing insights into audience preferences, all from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively listen to a curated selection of unreleased music tracks across diverse genres.
- Provide objective, constructive, and detailed feedback on aspects such as melody, lyrics, production, and overall appeal.
- Rate tracks based on a standardized set of criteria and guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all reviewed music and associated information.
- Meet agreed-upon deadlines for track reviews.
- Contribute to identifying emerging trends and artists within the music landscape.
Required Skills
- Profound passion for music and diverse musical tastes.
- Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and feedback clearly and concisely in written form.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/device suitable for music playback.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage review queues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in music review, critique, or A&R (Artist & Repertoire).
- Basic understanding of music theory or production elements.
- Familiarity with multiple music genres, including Japanese and international artists.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
