Job Description
Are you looking for an easy, no-stress entry-level position with flexible shifts? Fabutan in Sainte-Foy, Quebec City is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Tanning Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves helping people feel great, is eager to learn, and wants a role that fits their lifestyle. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training! You’ll be the friendly face of our salon, assisting clients with their tanning and spa needs, ensuring a spotless environment, and contributing to a positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Educate clients on tanning services, products, and safety guidelines.
- Assist clients with selecting appropriate tanning packages and products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tanning rooms, common areas, and equipment.
- Schedule appointments and manage client flow.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Monitor tanning sessions to ensure client safety and compliance with regulations.
- Restock retail shelves and maintain product displays.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
