Job Description

Join CVS Health as a Pharmacy Compliance Assistant, focusing on regulatory adherence and ensuring stable, high-quality operations. In this vital role, you will support our compliance team in maintaining our strong reputation for ethical practices and regulatory excellence. You will assist with documentation, research, and communication related to pharmacy laws, internal policies, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports to local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Maintain and organize compliance records, databases, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Conduct preliminary research on new and updated pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures.
  • Help coordinate and track compliance training programs for pharmacy staff.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding compliance matters and direct complex issues to senior compliance officers.
  • Assist with internal audits and assessments to ensure ongoing adherence to compliance standards.
  • Prepare summaries and presentations on compliance-related topics for team meetings.
