Job Description

No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, full training to equip you with all the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing friendly assistance and resolving inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding Bell Canada products and services.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, ranging from billing inquiries to technical support (with guidance).
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product information and service updates.
