Job Description
As a Theater Usher at Cineplex Entertainment, you will be the face of our cinema, ensuring every guest has a seamless and enjoyable visit. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about movies, customer service, and working in a dynamic environment. You will assist guests with seating, maintain the cleanliness of auditoriums, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all our patrons during evening and matinee shifts. This is an entry-level position where reliability and a friendly demeanor are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding their seats quickly and efficiently.
- Check tickets and guide guests to the correct auditoriums.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of auditoriums before, during, and after shows, including sweeping, wiping down seats, and removing trash.
- Monitor the cinema environment to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with crowd control during busy periods and special events.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
