Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and rate the quality, relevance, and accuracy of AI-generated text and responses.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve language model performance and alignment with human expectations.
- Annotate and label various types of linguistic data to train AI models effectively.
- Identify and report potential biases, inaccuracies, or safety concerns in model outputs.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to understand project requirements and refine evaluation criteria.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in natural language processing and AI.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to improving data annotation guidelines and best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex information.
- Comfortable working with technology and and new software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Google Workspace, web browsers).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience with data annotation, content moderation, or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI and large language models.
- Experience with other languages is a plus.
