Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack online grocery orders.
- Navigate the store quickly to locate products, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Communicate with team members and customers (if applicable) regarding order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping area and workstation.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with stocking and merchandising as needed to maintain store appearance.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service.
- Knowledge of natural and organic products.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
