Admiral is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee Vehicle Damage Estimator to join our dedicated team in Merthyr Tydfil. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in an intensive training program to learn all aspects of vehicle damage assessment and estimation.
- Shadow experienced estimators to observe and understand inspection techniques, repair methodologies, and cost analysis.
- Learn to accurately assess vehicle damage by inspecting affected areas and identifying necessary repairs or replacements.
- Utilize specialized software and tools to prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, repair garages, and internal claims adjusters regarding estimates and repair processes.
- Develop a strong understanding of various vehicle makes, models, construction techniques, and parts identification.
- Ensure all estimates comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair technologies and materials.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Admiral’s commitment to excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications
