Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select products from warehouse locations based on picking tickets or electronic devices.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items are free from damage before packing.
- Stack merchandise neatly and securely on pallets, ensuring stability for transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet or exceed performance standards for productivity and accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Basic math skills for counting and verification.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an Order Selector or in a similar warehouse role.
- Certification in forklift or pallet jack operation.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
